Is our way to respectfully and incrementally open these beautiful orchards and barns to projects requiring a more intimate setting.

Join us at our farm, located 8 Davis Way, Barrytown NY for an open house where you’ll be free to walk the orchards, ask questions, see where the jam and donuts are made, and purchase gift cards/jam/honey.
We will also be offering hayrides around the farm every hour on the hour.

Fermenting Vegetables Workshop

Fermented vegetables are a tasty, nutritious addition to so many dishes. With a little know-how, they can easily be make in your home kitchen with minimal equipment.
Participants will take home a jar of prepped vegetables to watch ferment.
